Accountants are well versed in looking at past financial performance to predict future business results. Yet, they often overlook the power that comes from reflecting on qualitative experiences. Undoubtedly, the past year was filled with unforeseen circumstances and challenges. However, it also taught us and provided significant opportunities for growth. As you head into the new year, how might you apply this learning to design and create your best year yet?
This session will provide you with the space to distinguish the value you created this past year and a guide to identifying your leadership goals for the upcoming one.
