As a member of the Education Services Team at Rootworks, Lindsay provides one-on-one coaching, develops innovative learning materials, leads staff training events, and co-hosts a podcast.

With her background in curriculum development, educational leadership, social justice and psychology, she leads firms through their improvement journey with the belief that success lies in collaboration with partners, teams and communities to establish a culture of candidness and connection.
